Leading College Students to Become Lifelong Disciples of Christ
Who Impact the World with the Gospel.

The Executive Board of the South Carolina Baptist Convention offers two (2) types of scholarships for those seeking a church related vocation. The Church Related Vocational Scholarship (CRVS) is for undergraduate students and the Richard Furman scholarship is for seminary students seeking a masters or doctoral degree. Please read below for descriptions, qualifications, and application information. 

Undergraduates
Church Related Vocational Scholarships (CRVS)
The CRVS is for undergraduate students attending an accredited college/university in SC.
If you have made a public commitment to a church related vocation and meet the other qualifications, then you just might qualify.

Masters or Doctoral Seminary Students
Richard Furman Scholarships
The Richard Furman Scholarship for masters & doctoral students attending one of the six Southern Baptist Seminaries - listed to the right. If you have made a public commitment to a church related vocation and meet the other qualifications, then you just might qualify.

Charles B. Keesee Educational Fund, Inc
Grants and loans are available for South Carolina residents earning their Masters degree at the Seminaries listed on their web site. Apply beginning Janurary 1st Deadline is April 1st.
